Monitoring

Through our MONITORING service, COMPUTERLAND collects alerts relating to any incident and the general condition of the infrastructure via its system:
The system consists of a server hosting the monitoring functions themselves and a console centralising the general state of the infrastructure as well as a real-time view of alerts relating to any detected incident. The server provides continuous monitoring of the infrastructure, accumulates statistics and sends alerts according to a predefined scheme to, for example, the COMPUTERLAND service centre and, if desired, the customer’s IT team as well.

Through our MONITORING service, COMPUTERLAND collects alerts relating to any incident and the general condition of the infrastructure via its system:

Through our PREVENTIVE VISITS service, COMPUTERLAND puts in place a proactive approach to preventing incidents:
This comprehensive proactive approach includes recurring analyses of your infrastructure, as well as any resulting recommendations. The purpose of this service is to verify the configuration of the designated elements of your infrastructure in order to anticipate incidents that may occur.
Likewise, together we identify the elements to be monitored (according to a recurrence to be agreed) and we write a report with recommendations to apply to your infrastructure.
The recommendations are then discussed and validated with the customer.

Charging test

By means of our CHARGING TEST service, COMPUTERLAND gathers results and the actions to be taken in the event of malfunction via the tests:

They constitute a confirmation of the recovery capabilities of the backup infrastructure through global recovery tests of one or more critical servers. At the end of these tests, we record in a report the results as well as the actions to be taken in the event of malfunction

Patch management

Via our PATCH MANAGEMENT service, COMPUTERLAND centrally manages the automated deployment of updates for your servers:

  • Customised update frequency for each server ranging from an annual update to updates every 2 weeks;
  • Support for MICROSOFT updates;
  • Support for the following NON-MICROSOFT updates: Adobe Acrobat, Oracle Java, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox ;
  • Possibility of checking the status of COMPUTERLAND monitoring before and after application of the updates;
  • Possibility of checking VEEAM backups before application of updates;
  • Management of the centralised update platform, installation and maintenance of agents and relays necessary for automated deployment.
